1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and use the dm200m Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dm200m enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dm200m is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that you yourself have requested or that has been imposed by dm200m.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of dm200m and its technology or gaming partners are not permitted to hold a member account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the dm200m registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any detail changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dm200m will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Members and is strongly recommended.

3.3 KYC Verification

dm200m reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our compliance system. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Currency

All dm200m accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign exchange conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Balances are displayed and transacted in Rp at all times.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dm200m accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in IDR with no conversion fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account balance within three minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. dm200m targets a withdrawal processing time of under fifteen minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available window. dm200m reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• A Member must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment instruments held in the Member's own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn (see Clause 5).
• dm200m reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with deposit history, or flagged by the Platform's fraud detection systems.

4.5 Fees

dm200m does not charge Members any platform-level transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or service fees, which are outside dm200m's control and are solely your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dm200m offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (for example, those coinciding with Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

dm200m takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of automated software or bots, and collusion between Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, dm200m reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from the abused promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Member's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the dm200m Platform — including sportsbook betting, live casino tables, slot titles, and esports markets — operate under provably fair or independently audited mechanics supplied by our licensed game studio partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). dm200m does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sportsbook and Esports Betting

Sportsbook bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets and live in-play wagers, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Sportsbook section of the Platform. dm200m reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity exists.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — dm200m will attempt to restore the session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, any incomplete round will be voided and the wager returned to the Member's balance. dm200m's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Individual game maximum win limits are set by the relevant game studio and are displayed within the game interface. dm200m reserves the right to apply platform-level maximum payout caps on single bets or single game sessions. Any winnings exceeding published caps may be adjusted to the stated maximum at dm200m's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

dm200m is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer all Members the following tools, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Timers: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of dm200m. Unauthorised use will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9. Privacy & Data

dm200m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of customer support.
• dm200m employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores member data on secured servers.
• dm200m does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game studios, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to deliver the Services or fulfil legal obligations.
• Members have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of their account in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dm200m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions or gaming activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond dm200m's control (including acts of God, network outages, or regulatory actions).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or error in odds, game data, or promotional information that has been corrected prior to settlement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by dm200m

dm200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements (including age and residency).
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or use of automated software.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at dm200m staff or other members.

In cases of account closure for cause, dm200m reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where a Member is found to have acted fraudulently, dm200m may recover any funds already paid out and pursue all available legal remedies.

12. Governing Law

dm200m is operated by an internationally incorporated entity and holds licences issued by recognised international gaming regulatory authorities. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dm200m is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. You agree that such proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

13. Amendments

dm200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via a notice displayed upon login or by email to the registered address. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
